Introduction to cinnomon

1.       Introduction section:

·         The examples and prior work cited in the introduction section doesn’t lead to the current work. In the second para of the intro, authors cite random articles on super hydrophobic construction and then move to semiconductor photo catalysis without indicating any apparent connection between two or how these works inspire the current work. Authors really should wire the intro section as it leads to the objective/inspiration of the current work.

·         In the abstract, authors claim the current work is intended for material sustainability, long term stability, chemical durability etc. However, the authors are silent on these in the intro section.

·         Authors, really should focus on highlighting the uniqueness of their approach over other methods in the intro section.

·         Authors must, demonstrate the limitations of the current systems and then illustrate how their strategy can improve on them

·         Overall, the construction and design of the intro section is very poor. Authors are kindly requested to consider the above comments when they rewrite the intro section.
